Financing For our customer’s convenience, Trane offers 12 months same-as-cash financing. It really is that simple!! 12 months of no interest, no down payment, no minimum monthly payment, and no early payoff penalty!! Our financing is through three different financial institutions. We do this to give you the best opportunity available. There is a required pre-approval process, which is headache- free. We have an application that our comfort consultant will fill out with you, then you are on your way!! What can I finance? You can finance any installation that includes a piece of Trane equipment, such as a gas furnace or air conditioning unit (or both)! The entire cost of your job can be Financed, not just the Trane equipment (i.e. fireplaces, water heaters, electrostatic air cleaners, etc.) *Duct cleaning, furnace or air conditioning service and repair work cannot be financed Are there ever financing ‘specials’? Occasionally. Ask our office when scheduling your bid, or you can ask your comfort consultant when he is at your home.
