About Our Services Ballard Natural Gas is available for new system installations; service work on most furnaces, air conditioning, and heat pumps; and power vacuum service of duct work in residential homes. Installations Installing Trane equipment and systems is not the only thing that BNGS is available for. Our installations department would also be happy to help you with gas piping to new appliances, new hot water heaters, gas logs, custom duct work, and air quality products. Service We are available to do service work on most gas furnaces, air conditioning systems, and heat pumps. We have emergency calls available on Saturdays October through April and we offer annual Service Maintenance Contracts. Power Vacuum Duct Cleaning We offer duct cleaning on residential gas, oil, and electric systems.
